He has a strong presence in the area of estate planning, assisting families with issues related to taxation, change of domicile and inheritance of family assets, with extensive knowledge of instruments for transferring and managing private and corporate assets in Brazil and offshore structures , trusts , wills and investment funds abroad.
Provides services to clients in Brazil and abroad regarding the entry and exit of capital in the country, helping them understand the regulatory and tax aspects of investing in Brazilian assets.
He was a partner at law firms in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and head of legal for tax and wealth planning consulting in Brazil. He held controllership positions at multinational companies in Brazil and was listed by Leaders League as one of the best tax consultants in Brazil in 2023 and 2024.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo and specializes in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo.
