We work in the structuring and implementation of programs of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, in mapping the inflow, processing and outflow of personal data from organizations, applying the legal grounds for the mapped processing, as well as in the evaluation of the risks related to the processing activity and, when applicable, in the preparation of the impact report.

We advise companies in the creation or revision of documents in which personal data are processed, such as privacy policy, terms of use, employment contracts, contracts with suppliers and customers, as well as in the setup of a governance program for data protection and information security. Our action also covers litigations related to the investigation and response to data leaks.
